Ushers Ferry Historic Village provides the citizens of Cedar Rapids and Eastern Iowa with a venue for family friendly events and programs that build community from the historical perspective of a small Iowa town at the turn of the 20th Century.
Located on a beautiful 10 acre site in Seminole Valley, Ushers Ferry now features a dozen historic buildings that have been restored since the 2008 flood.
The buildings are open to tour Monday-Friday, 9:00 - a.m. - 3:00 p.m. June-August. The village holds office hours 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday throughout the year. Visitors are welcome to walk the grounds during the off-season.
