Getting started is easy! Contact us to set up your free introductory appointment. If you decide our program is right for you, we offer a 3-week beginner elements program designed specifically for those new to CrossFit training. This program will introduce new CrossFitters to the fundamental elements of CrossFit training. The program provides coaching, nutrition for fitness, direction for and practice of the basic fundamental functional CrossFit movements. Our number one priority is your safety so we also include a functional movement assessment to determine possible restrictions and customize workouts accordingly. All fitness levels welcome!
