Valhalla Health & Fitness Club is an integrative wellness facility offering a full range of fitness equipment and group exercise classes, along with personal and small-group training, physical therapy, chiropractic care and massage therapy. In addition to our main facility, we also offer barre, pilates and yoga classes at our Barre & Body Studio, which is located in the Roselawn Building at 3650 Perkiomen Avenue, Reading PA 19606.
