Valley Health Plan

Valley Health Plan (VHP) is a Knox-Keene licensed, NCQA Accredited, Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), owned and operated by the County of Santa Clara. VHP has been serving the community for over 30 years and is the only locally based commercial health plan in Santa Clara County.

VHP offers a wide range of health care benefits under our Employer Group Plan, as well as our publicly available plan options through Covered California and VHP’s Individual & Family Plan.
