Vanilla Barn Wellness Company was created as a result of my passion for incredible whole living and nutrition. A whole life is so much more than we are led to believe. It involves more than just exercise, or food choices. You are more than a number on a scale. Our peace of mind, sleep patterns, and spiritual lives are just as big of a component in the Wellness Wheel.

I am a Holisitic Wellness Practitioner and Chef specializing in organic, non gmo, whole food. I believe in using only the very best ingredients, and prepare food following those guidlines. I cook customized menus for people who have specific health challenges, or families who just want clean, holisitic nutrition on their table. It is my honor to educate people, provide wellness products, and help guide people in learning about whole, complete living.

I believe in a farm to table philosophy, and eating like our grandparents did. While I endorse no specific trendy eating plan, I can accommodate people who choose to eat Paleo, Vegetarian, Vegan, and of course, a Whole Foods diet.
