Our founders, J.Vargas & Anabel Vargas have worked for over 20 years in the beauty, fashion and makeup industry. For many years the Vargas Couple traveled the world teaching in recognized makeup schools and makeup shows offering seminars worldwide. since 2006 up to date Anabel and J. Vargas have been key note speakers for the International Makeup Artist Trade Shows “IMATS” in London, L.A, NY and Canada.
The Vargas Beauty & Arts Academy is the reflection of our founders, from the quality of Educations our students receive to the products we use in our classrooms. Without any doubt, our tutors are the finest international makeup artist in the industry. our students will have the opportunity to work with them, benefiting from their wide range of creativity backgrounds in makeup and art, our students learn from industry professionals that are currently active in their craft.
The academy founding philosophy emphasizes in learning, we believe “the practice makes the master” , reason why we are the only makeup school that offers the most intensive hands on training, and the most updated makeup techniques and products. We believe that it is crucial for a makeup artist to understand the tools of the trade. We give our students the opportunity to learn and work with over 20 professional brands. This enables our students product knowledge and exposure to the variety of different products, allowing them to feel comfortable using various brands.

THE ACADEMY:
At Vargas Beauty & Arts Academy, our mission is to elevate each student creativity and skills. We are committed to train both, beginners and those interested in augmenting skills to advance their careers.
Our curriculum combines minimal lectures and the most intensive hands- on program. Our main focus is to provide the most hands on practice possible in class. Our class sizes are kept small to maximize learning. We ensure you will receive the highest level of attention and one- on -one training.

THE VARGAS STUDIOS:
One main requirement to obtain industry bookings as a freelance makeup artist is to present a professional portfolio; Our photo studio is fully equipped to assure professional quality pictures. We offer a portfolio developing program for all our students. Students will focus on beauty, bridal, editorial, special FX or Character makeup, at the end of the sessions, students not only get the experience on working on a professional set but they will also keep the images to start their portfolios and begin the career of their dreams!

In our newly renovated store, our students get a special discount in all merchandise purchased. We carry an array of beauty products and makeup tools. BEAUTY STUDIOS: At Vargas Beauty and Arts we have expanded our menu of beauty services, in our Beauty Studio we provide professional makeup services for all occasions, Blow dry and style salon, photo-dinamic facials and teeth whitening.
