Vasa Pathway

The 16.7 mile Vasa Pathway is located amidst the towering white pines and pristine serenity of the Pere Marquette State Forest. The Vasa's many loops and trails are utilized year round by cross country skiers, mountain bikers, walkers and naturalists.

Who is Experience 231?

We are a group of non-profits and local government organizations that are working together to preserve and protect the natural resources of Northern Michigan. The lands we manage offer some of the best outdoor recreation experiences in the country including: hiking, biking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, swimming,
paddling, and birding.
