My Name is Amy Conklin. I am the owner and creator at Veil of Grace Artistry. I am a Lifestyle and Wedding Photographer, and a Makeup Artist specializing in Bridal and Editorial Makeup. I have over 8 Years experience as a Makeup Artist and 3 years as a Photographer. I am based in Sparta, but travel throughout the state of Michigan. In 2016 I quit my career of 16 years working in the Spa industry to pursue my love and passion for Photography and Makeup. My love for Photography and Makeup is based in my love for creating art.

I love working with colors, backgrounds, lighting, couples and visioning the composition from start to finish. I am inspired to make woman look and feel beautiful, by enhancing their own unique qualities that bring out their natural beauty and capture their true essence of who they are. I bring creativity, an artistic eye for detail, and uniqueness behind the camera, and in the makeup chair, so that you feel your most beautiful, for capturing those most precious moments, and timeless memories that will last a lifetime. I love sharing my gift with others, and the opportunity to capture such intimate moments on a Wedding Day. There's nothing more special to me than the sacredness of the unity of marriage.

I am married to an amazing and wonderful husband, who has supported me in pursuing my dreams and living a more joyful life doing what I love. We love the beauty of life, and life lived with humility and love for others. We have a passion and heart for Jesus. Our faith holds us strong in the storms and still waters of life.

With several years of experience working with Brides, my calm approach to a Wedding Day is all about staying flexible, having fun, and protecting all the little moments that make your day. As a member of Professional Photography of America, I continue to hone my skills by attending photography seminars and keeping up to date with the latest photographic trends.
