Based on the embodiment of velocity as the concept of forward motion through movement & action, we are excited to present Velocity, a brand new apartment community located at the South Kirkland Park and Ride right near the intersection of I-520 and I-405, just blocks from scenic Lake Washington Boulevard. By keeping the residents and environment in mind, we have created a community that utilizes technology to keep the community moving. With parking and transportation just steps away, homes designed with your life in mind, and a community center to bring people together, Velocity is the home you’ve been waiting for.

Velocity will offer 58 studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes to suit your needs. All are available to individuals and households who have incomes lower than 60% of the Area Median Income. Rents will be affordable, with studios starting at just $407.00 per month(restrictions may apply.)

No car? Fabulous! In our lobby, we will have a constantly running screen with bus schedules and current wait times. In our garage, we will have bike storage and a bicycle repair station. Get in shape in our spacious exercise room equipped with cardio machines, yoga mats, weights and other basic equipment.

Community spaces have been thoughtfully designed to be used for a variety of reasons.Velocity will have wireless internet access in all of the common areas, including a media room, a coffee shop inspired library space with a gas fireplace as wel as a roof top garden with walking paths, seating and a gas barbeque. A rooftop community room will host a variety of activities and services designed to enhance our resident’s lives and promote opportunity for movement within the community.

Velocity will meet Evergreen standards for energy efficiency, saving valuable resources and contributing to a clean planet.
