The VELOCITY mission is to provide a challenging, fun, and safe training experience for our clients. Our trainers provide the highest standard of instruction, focusing on proper form and efficiency, to achieve maximum results. At VELOCITY, you will be empowered with the tools for success in all of your health and fitness goals.
Group classes are 1-hour long, 5 days per week. Each session will focus on mobility, strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance - whole body functional fitness - utilizing tools such as kettlebells, bodyweight, TRX trainers, barbells, indoor cycling, and much more!
