The market-driven menu at VQ changes daily to reflect what our local farmers have to offer. With the flexibility of a changing menu, VQ is able to make accommodations for vegan, vegetarian or gluten-free diets, and can even create a special menu item with advance notice. Starting with the freshest local and seasonal ingredients, the Veritable Quandary menu is sophisticated yet approachable to diners looking for a meal that is both delicious and hearty.

Veritable Quandary’s wine list has received Wine Spectator Magazine’s “Award of Excellence” for seven years in a row. Our list offers 35 wines by the glass and more than 200 bottle selections, with focus on the wines of the Northwest in addition to wines from around the world.

The famously beautiful garden patio helped earn Veritable Quandary the “Best Patio Dining” award in 2008 by Portland Monthly Magazine. It is the perfect setting to enjoy a leisurely weekend brunch or a romantic dinner by candle light.
