Verum Vi CrossFit is committed to our client’s goals and total well-being. To provide our clients with optimal training services, we coach small classes with flexible schedules. We practice a variety of skills, including Olympic weightlifting, power-lifting, gymnastics, cardio and endurance training. Our focus is on all ten components of optimal physical fitness: Accuracy, Agility, Balance, Cardio/Respiratory Endurance, Coordination, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Stamina, and Strength.
Our program offers a great deal of variety to keep our clients well-rounded in their conditioning. We also offer one-on-one training for beginners, which includes an assessment and a short workout. Our training methods produce undisputed, tangible results for all levels of fitness; from young adults to competitive athletes, and everything in between.
