We are a brand new kickboxing gym in Atlanta offering high intensity kickboxing classes where you can burn up to 1000 calories in a fast-paced, 60 minute session. Our kickboxing instructors set the tone for high energy, ass kicking, and constantly changing workouts that challenge all muscle groups by incorporating both cardio and strength training. We're not training the next big fighter, but rather focusing on providing a bad ass workout for everyone else!
