Veterinary Care and Specialty Group is a locally owned 24/7 animal emergency clinic and referral center. Our clinic offers emergency surgery, ICU with 24/7 oxygen and fluid therapy, wound treatment, trauma care, blood transfusions, etc. Additionally, we have an in-house lab to run and analyze a variety of tests. Our hospital boasts a broad range of diagnostic tools including ultrasound, echocardiogram, digital radiology, CT, fluoroscopy and endoscopy.

During the week, Dr. Pullen, who is a Chattanooga native, receives referrals from local veterinarians to help aid in the diagnostic treatment and care of your pet. The clinic is able to offer oncology services too. VCSG’s surgery department includes soft-tissue and orthopedic surgeries by appointment with our board-certified surgeons on a rotating schedule.
