Celia and Virgil Gleason - Owners
This endeavor is dedicated to my Mom and Dad, Dorothy and Bill Creger, to my son, Michael Dykstra, my former East Kentwood students, Daniel J. May and Josh Miles, and my husband, partner and fellow entrepreneur, Virgil Gleason.
This menu is filled with the recipes of those who influenced our lives with their gifts of food. Their recipes transcend generations and filled my families’ kitchens and tables where we gathered sharing good food, laughter and community.

Breakfast - Served All Day!
Mom always felt that breakfast was the most important meal of the day.
Home-made breads include: Amish White, Asiago Cheese, Cinnamon, Cinnamon Raisin, Marbled Rye, Multi-Bran, Wayland Sourdough, Whole Wheat Sourdough, Whole Wheat (50/50), Least Gluten Bread

Egg(s) and Toast - Fresh eggs served the way you like them – (sunny side up, over easy, over medium, over hard, scrambled, or poached). one egg: $1.99, two eggs: $2.99, three eggs: $3.99

Kim’s Special – In creating our opening menu, server, Kim P., suggested we create this special. This has quickly become one of our most popular breakfast items! Two fresh eggs served with your choice of two slices of smoked bacon or two sausage patties or spiral ham, seasoned American fried potatoes, toast of your choice – $7.99

Sausage and Gravy with Biscuits – Take two warm buttermilk biscuits combined with sausage gravy with a hint of Cajun seasoning and you get a mouth-watering twist on a breakfast classic! - $5.99 Half order - $4.99

Wildcat Special – This Wayland specialty includes ham, sausage, bacon, onions, green pepper, tomato and American fried potatoes all fried together. Then, add cheese and sausage gravy. Top this delicious combination with two eggs done to your liking. Served with your choice of toast. - $7.99

Breakfast Burrito – Scrambled eggs with chorizo and onion wrapped in a tortilla, topped with salsa, sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese served with American fries. - $7.99

Breakfast Sandwich – My Dad loves to have egg sandwiches for lunch! Two eggs, two slices of bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayo. Served on our delightful Multi-bran bread with American fries - $7.99 Add cheese. - $.50

Mom’s Buttermilk Pancakes – Every Saturday morning, Mom would make a big breakfast with her made-from-scratch Buttermilk pancakes, light and fluffy with great flavor. Sure to fill you up! They cover the plate!
One stack – $3.49, Two stack – $5.49, Three stack – $6.49
Add an optional topping - Blueberries or Chocolate Chips - $.50 per pancake.

French Toast – Flavored with a touch of cinnamon and vanilla. Your choice of our homemade White Amish Bread or Cinnamon Raisin. One slice - $2.99, two slices - $4.49, three slices – $5.99

Baked Oatmeal – Add vanilla, cinnamon and seasonal fruit. Served with a side of whole milk - $4.99.

Ham and Cheese Omelet – This classic with ham and American cheese is served with toast of your choice - $7.49

Farmer’s Omelet – A hearty omelet made with three eggs, ham, onions, and green peppers all cooked together. Topped with melted shredded cheese. Served with toast. - $7.99

Sausage Gravy Omelet – Our very own specialty three egg omelet created with sausage, onion, and American cheese . Topped with sausage gravy. Served with toast. - $7.99

Greek Omelet – Take three fresh eggs and add Feta cheese, spinach, tomato, and onion. Served with toast of your choice.- $7.99 Add ham for an additional $1.99

Meat Lover’s Omelet – Three fresh eggs, ham, bacon, sausage, American fried potatoes and cheddar cheese make this hearty breakfast! Served with your choice of toast. - $8.99

Turkey Cherry Wrap - A generous portion of turkey, Traverse City Dried Cherries, green peppers, and onions. Served with lettuce on Multi-bran bread or flour tortilla. - $8.99

The Bacon – Our version of the BLT made four strips of our wonderful thick bacon, tomato, lettuce and mayo on Amish White bread - $7.99

The Cheese with Three – A grilled cheese sandwich with your choice of Cheese served on our Amish White bread. Add two slices of bacon, onion and tomato for an amazing combination. – $6.99

Roast Beef and Cheddar – Roast beef, Cheddar cheese on grilled Asiago Cheese Bread and served with Au juis! - $7.99

Beef Philly – Roast beef sautéed with onions and peppers, topped with melted Pepper Jack Cheese on our Asiago Cheese Bread and served with Au juis. - $8.49

Grilled Ham and Swiss – Flavorful ham and melted Swiss cheese served on either whole wheat or rye (when available). - $7.99 Deluxe: mayo, lettuce and tomato – add $.50

The Club – This masterpiece of a sandwich is made with ham, turkey, bacon, American cheese and Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo served on three slices of Amish white bread! - $10.99

Michael’s Dinner salad – Michael was the salad making king of our house. This was one of his specialties! Made with Romaine lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, sunflower seeds, and Traverse City dried cherries. Served with a slice of grilled Asiago cheese bread. - $5.99
Feta Salad – Romaine Lettuce, spinach, mushrooms, Feta cheese, and tomatoes. Served with a slice of toasted Asiago cheese bread. - $5.99
The French dressing* is from Auntie Ross and is a family favorite with a touch of Worcestershire sauce, garlic and onion. Blue cheese* with plenty of chunks sure to tantalize your taste buds (*made from scratch), 1000 Island, Italian, Ranch and Vinegar and Oil
Fruit Salad – a fabulous combination of seasonal fruits. Served with a slice of toasted cinnamon raisin bread. - $5.99
Soup of the Day – Served with a slice of Asiago Cheese bread. - $3.99 per cup, $4.99 per bowl.
Chili (when available) – Very spicy and good! Served with a slice of Asiago Cheese bread - $4.99 per cup, $5.99 per bowl.
