The top 3 floors boast 5 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, full kitchen, living and dining rooms. Basement has 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 baths full kitchen living room with hide a bed couch and dining room. There are laundry facilities in the basement. The house will sleep up to 18 people. The house including basement rents for $250 a night, $1500 a week with a $250 security deposit. The basement alone rents for $100 a night with a $100 security deposit. We do require a 2 night minimum.
