Former owners, Victor and Rebecca Kampas, have retired.

New owner, Tina Ward, worked for the Kampas family for over 15 years. She and her friendly staff continue to serve delicious breakfast and lunch to area visitors and loyal deli customers of the City of Knoxville, Knox County, and Blount County.
