On December 16, 1998 the Greater Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church congregation voted to call the Reverend Dr. Tom A. Bailey as their Pastor and he was installed on Sunday, April 25, 1999. He has worked diligently to improve the quality of Greater Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church and his humble spirit will continue to be a beacon for the church in the coming years. On May 22, 2001 the Church name was changed to Victory Temple Missionary Baptist Church.
