*Katie will monitor what you put in your body and give you tips on how to improve your eating habits by using the knowledge she obtained by receiving her Nutrition Specialist Certification from NASM.

*Assist and motivate you to get where you want to be on your health and fitness journey.

*Katie will push you beyond what you think you are capable, but safety is always a key in training.
