Village of Greenbriar Apartments

Welcome to the Village of Greenbriar. We are conveniently located on the busline with access to I-25, Highway 36 and 76. We also have direct access to the City of Westminster Park. Our apartment homes have private entrances, a dishwasher included and a patio to enjoy the beautiful Colorado weather. The Village of Greenbriar has a fantastic playground for the kids to play on, 16 sets of washers and dryers in the laundry facility and 24 hour maintenance!

Pet Policy:
Dogs and cats accepted (Not to exceed 90 lb. max. combined). $200 deposit, 1/2 refundable per pet. 2 pets maximum.

Directions:
From I-25 take 36 west and then Federal north for approximately 1 mile. The Village of Greenbriar will be on your right.
