Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.Pet Regulations: Maximum (2) pets per household.Reptiles or exotic pets are NOT allowed.All cats must be kept indoors at all times.All residents with pets are required to submit a statement from a licensed veternarian establishing each of the following, PRIOR TO MOVE IN: (A) The breed of the animal (B) General good health of the animal (C) which and when vaccinations have been received and the animal has received all vaccinations required by law (D) Pictures will be taken of all pets. All pets will be subject to all rules and regulations outlined in the Lease Agreement, Pet Agreement and/or Community Rules and Regulations.Pet Deposit/Fee: $300 ($200 non-refundable)Monthly Pet Rent: $15 - $25
