Village Yoga Studio is a space dedicated to building a community and brightening our world through the transformative practice of Yoga.

At Village Yoga Studio, we are aware that we are all beginners whether we've practiced 20 minutes or 20 years. It is our intention to help you deepen your yoga asana practice by providing clear detailed instruction and guidance, along with hands-on assistance and adjustments as you enter and explore each of the postures.
As we experience each posture (asana) fully we provide ourselves with the opportunity to realize increased flexibility, greater energy, a wider range of motion, and improved strength. In addition, Yoga asana can improve balance, help relieve stress, enhance ability to focus, and ultimately result in a healthier body and mind.

Village Yoga Studio classes are specifically designed to provide the support and assistance needed to fully realize the life-affirming benefits of a consistent yoga practice.
