GOAL
Our goal is to build functionally strong, mentally tough, and competition ready athletes for the long term. To achieve this, we design our training program based upon the 5 PRINCIPLES OF VA. These principles challenge all the essential components of athletes’ neuromuscular system which helps reduce injury, build strength/explosive power and improve performance.
