Every Christian is called to be an overcomer, and this implies in making each member a minister, so that all are ready to lead and advance.
the church is a community that serves God through it's gifts in the family, in school, at work and in the church, in other words; each believer is called to service.
The Church is made up of and built up through disciples. We don't recruit members, rather we make disciples that will become agents of transformation for the winning over of our generation to God. We believe that wherever they are, there will be a church working and fulfilling the purpose of expanding the Kingdom of God.
