Located on the Freedom Trail, in the heart of the North End of Boston, Vinoteca di Monica is the result of its chef‘s passion for the Italian culture and the big role that food and wine plays in its preservation. Specializing in regional Italian cuisine, Chef Jorge Mendoza-Iturralde incorporates international techniques and ingredients to traditional recipes. The menu focuses on the preservation of regional dishes, with an unpretentious dedication to the true flavors that make Italian cuisine so popular. On a nightly basis, the menu at Vinoteca di Monica offers diners unmatched recipes of home-made pasta dishes, grilled meats, succulent New England seafoods, and preparation of locally farmed produce.
