Our beautiful studio located in Prescott Valley offers classes for all levels, including heated and non-heated classes.

Customer service is our number one priority! Our mission is to create an amazing yoga experience that is free from judgment and full of fun.

Our studio is considered a "Hot Vinyasa Studio," which means that our classes are non-scripted. This makes each class unique and different; however, you are guaranteed to sweat every time! To ensure that you are practicing safely, we keep our studio at roughly 95°F. Although this is lower than most "hot yoga" settings, practicing hot yoga at this temperature achieves the same results as higher temperatures without over-exerting your body.

Together, these factors help us to reach our ultimate goal of making the tri-city area a healthier and HOTTER community.
