VIP Fitness

Join us on the second floor of the VIP Building.

Currently we offer Insanity, HIIT The Circuit, Cardio Strength, Zumba Gold, PiYo Live and Turbo Kick classes. All weekday classes are 60 minutes.

We do offer babysitting for select classes. Call or message us for details. We also post daily with class updates.

Zumba Gold is the same Latin inspired dance fitness but at a slower and easier to follow pace. Great for beginners, anyone new to fitness or anyone that needs the twisting toned down.

Turbo Kick is choreographed kickboxing and so much more!

CSI is a fantastic Cardio, Strength and Interval class. Get your heart pumping and build strong muscles!

HIIT The Circuit is our new class format that combines both circuit weight training with cardio interval training. No need to bring any equipment, we provide everything needed for the class!

PiYo Live is a powerful blend of Pilates and yoga offering a heart pumping workout with out any impact so it is easy on the joints yet delivers a total body workout.

Saturday=Sweat Fest!!! Come on up and join us for a crazy calorie burning, body toning, fun fill morning. Most Saturdays we offer a 60 minute workout that uses a variety of formats from intervals, to kickboxing, jump ropes, weights, mat work, some tradition boot camp moves and lot and lots of SWEAT!!
