Virginia TaeKwonDo and Jiu-Jitsu Academy

Our curriculum consists of techniques derived from traditional TaeKwonDo. Classes are designed to teach practical real life self-defense as well as build a sound mind and body. In addition, we also provide training in Gracie Style Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
We are built on the solid principles of our tenets: Honor, Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, Courage, Community, Strength, Humility and Knowledge. Our mission is to empower students to enrich their personal, artistic, and professional lives through traditional TaeKwonDo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Training.
