Dr. Sam is the founder and medical director of VWM and has 15 years experience in weight management. He applies the latest treatment methods to help patients reach their goals.

We provide each new patient with a free, private consultation with Dr. Sam. Once you decide to move forward with one of our programs, Dr. Sam will design a weight loss program customized to your medical history and lifestyle.

We consider obesity a disease process that requires a comprehensive approach and medical management. Our programs are all online based, but they have the same effectiveness, safety and privacy as seeing Dr. Sam in the office – guaranteed.

Through our programs, we monitor each patient’s progress and medical state weekly, and if you authorize it, we communicate with your primary care physician so everyone is on the same page and working to achieve a common goal.
