What we do is self explained in our name. Vitae (Vee-tay) is latin for "Life" and Fitness is our method of maintaining a good healthy "Life".
The "Why" to the equation comes from all of the founders of VitaeXFit who are passionate about life, wellness, and the health of others. We always ask ourselves a very simple question; "if you could change someone's life for the better, would you?" We have experienced the ability to change lives through fitness and the gratification that comes from our members and community when we break down obstacles, overcome challenges, achieve personal records, finally get that first pull up, or run that first marathon. We created VitaeXFit for you and to improve your Happiness, Health, and Physical Conditioning and some will even say we have changed their lives!
