I am a Planetary Herbalist. Although a long time herbalist, I have spent the past 6 years digging deep into my passions of working with plants and herbal medicine, organically farming our beautiful property in Mendocino, growing tons of veggies, garlic & a plethora of perennial medicinal herbs. I also participated in many yoga trainings to deepen my personal practice & better my own life, enabling me to share my gifts with others.

I recently graduated from Lesley & Michael Tierra’s East West School of Herbology and have taken many other herbal medicine & plant courses including a flower essence intensive at FES. Needless to say, I feel lucky to be able to dive in and have all this knowledge. Most importantly, I absolutely love putting it out into the world!

My scope of practice is centered around identifying patterns in each individual, discovered thru an initial intake form and discussion of health history and current life situations. I utilize Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Western Herbs as well as nutritional & lifestyle assessments to create customized herbal & flower essence formulas for my clients based on the patterns discovered during our consultation.

I offer consultations, herbal products, flower essence combinations, yoga, and a quarterly subscription service for handmade products from my apothecary to enhance your life. Essentially, I work with people thru these holistic modalities to empower them to use the powerful tools I give them to re balance themselves.

Vital Equilibrium is the perfect state of being when our body, mind & spirit are aligned and we feel great! This is a constant balancing act and we need all the help we can get on this journey. I am a concierge herbalist, empowering holistic wellness one client at a time.
