Vital Life Functional Medicine and Primary Care, Meneah Haworth, FNP-C

I am a family nurse practitioner studying functional medicine. I am seeing patients for functional medicine consults in my home currently as I get my business off the ground and running. Functional Medicine is a different approach to health promotion and disease prevention. With the functional medicine model, I will look for the root cause of disease and help each patient achieve the best health they can with less pharmaceutical medication, nutritional counseling and some supplementation based personal needs.
