Vivace Music Center - Selinsgrove

Our main location is in downtown Selinsgrove, in the historic former "J. Kleinbauer's" building. We also have a satellite location in downtown Lewisburg for accessories and lesson books.

We offer instruments for sale and rent-to-own, sheet music, lesson method books, music accessories (reeds, strings, guitar picks, music stands, instrument cases, drumsticks, etc.), and music-themed gifts. We also offer instrument repairs.

We also have a concert room for student recitals and concerts from the talented local music community.

We have classrooms and and a larger workshop room available for music teachers (either hourly rental rates or monthly). We will also be starting a Kindermusik program in the near future.

We started off as a piano studio on November 1, 2014. Noticing the lack of a music store for local musicians to go to to get what they need, Nate decided to open a music store at 32 S Market St in Selinsgrove on March 1, 2015. The response from the local community was amazing, & we quickly ran out of space.

So as of February 1, 2016, Vivace Music Center moved into 28 N Market St (the historic former "J. Kleinbauer's" building). The new location means we will be able to further grow our inventory to offer more items in stock as well as have more space for concerts, and more rooms for music teachers to offer lessons!

As of April 29, 2017, Vivace opened a satellite location at 227 Market St in Lewisburg. This 314 square feet space serves as a quick stop to pick up lesson books, reeds, strings, picks, drumsticks, etc.; as well as a convenient spot to sign up for instrument rentals, place/pickup orders, or drop-off/pick-up instruments or repairs!
