Vivid Photography & Glam Studio

Hello,

My name is Vivian Oatis but a lot of you guys may call me VIV for short and that is perfectly fine because that is where my business name (VIVid Photography) originated from. I am a 19 year old female photographer. I also own a photography studio in Hattiesburg, MS.

Ironically, photography was not something I would of thought I would be doing later in life being that fashion was always something I dreamed of doing every since I was a little girl. My sophomore and Junior year of high school I studied Digital Media in which is a class of photography, videography, and graphic designs. I learned most of my techniques and creative concepts from this class and I enjoyed photography way more than I did graphic designs and videography but of course I always tried to bounce my way back to fashion. So, my junior year I opened a boutique with the help of my parents and attempt to pursue what I thought should be my career. Photography was still needed for the boutique of course to show our trends on the website and social media sites but I not once put into mind that photography is something that is meant for me to do. 2 years later, we decided to close the boutique and even when the boutique was open I would always have to use the boutique location to book sessions and shoot. So when we the boutique closed, it was only right to save such a beautiful building and transform it into a photography studio.

I would like to say my shooting style is very clear, vivid, and creative. I also have a really wild imagination and I like to think high fashion at times as well.
