The business is owned and operated by Todd and Jillian Marohnic.

Todd and his wife live in Volcano Village, in a house neighboring the Kilauea rentals, and are available to assist guests with any problems or questions that they might have during their stay.

The three houses on Kilauea Volcano are all neighbors on a small lane running through the residential historic district of Volcano Village, just outside of Hawaii Volcanoes National Park.

The house on Mauna Kea Volcano, "Io's Nest", is situated in a remote location overlooking the Hamakua Coast.
