Carli Weiler, Founder & Director - Carli competed in the Big Ten Conference (B1G) as well as with the U.S. National A2 Team. As a high school volleyball player, she was ranked one of the top 5 defensive players in the country as well as a first team all-american. Carli continued her volleyball career at Michigan State University, where she played for four years and served as captain. Following her playing career, Carli continued with the Spartans serving as a student assistant coach. Throughout that time, she was a recipient of the AVCA Coaches-4-Coaches Scholarship. She then pursued a masters degree in speech-language pathology and now works as a pediatric speech therapist. Carli also currently serves as the head varsity coach for the Latin School of Chicago's girls volleyball team. Her passion for developing players and assisting them in reaching their full potential stems from her own experiences as a young athlete.

Maggie Strus, Assistant Director - Maggie competed in the Horizon League at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), where she holds the number 1 spot for all time career digs as well as most digs in a season and match. Throughout her high school career, Maggie earned all-state, all-area, and all-conference honors as a sophomore, junior, and senior. Her success continued with the flames, where she started for four years and served as captain. Following her playing career, Maggie continued working in athletics and currently serves as the special assistant to the Head Men's Basketball Coach while pursuing a master's degree in education. She has mentored and coached youth volleyball players for several years, as it is her goal to instill confidence in young athletes and develop key relationships to develop their full potential.
