Volta is a modern brasserie from the award winning team, restaurateurs Umberto Gibin and Chef Staffan Terje of Perbacco and barbacco. Open daily, Volta offers a menu that pays homage to France and draws from Chef Staffan’s Scandinavian heritage, as well as offers housemade aquavit, classic cocktails, and carefully-selected wines and beers.
