Voodoo Ice

We make New Orleans style shaved ice, called a Snowball. Not to be confused with that crunchy ice thing, that the syrup just sinks to the bottom. Shaved ice is soft and fluffy like snow, and has sweet syrup all the way through from the top to the bottom.
