The Master bedroom is located on the upper main level where you may want to sneak away to witness the breath-taking sunsets.

The lower level holds 3 bedrooms: 1 large room with a queen bed (this room is also equipped with xBox, another large room with 2 queen beds and a third small room that holds a bunk bed (twin over double). The two larger rooms on the lower level are equipped with flat screen TVs. All flat screen TVs in the house have access to live cable channels via Sling and thousands of movies and tv shows via Netflix.

There is a full bathroom on the lower level which also includes the washer and dryer and a sink for any delicate washing needs. This full bathroom opens up to an enclosed patio with a large, deluxe hot tub and views of the sunset on clear days.

You will also find a couple of boogey boards, sand toys for the littles and two collapsible chairs to bring to the beach. There are plenty of board games to enjoy with your friends and family, as well as a selection of books to read throughout the house.
