Wallace Hill Stables

Wallace Hill Stables is a long existing 11 stall co-op barn located on over 21 acres in Townsend MA. We strive to maintain a happy and relaxed atmosphere for our boarded horses and boarders, while maintaining minimal turnover. We have retired horses in addition to competition horses. All disciplines are welcome. We have a long list of amenities that are not all commonly available together in Massachusetts including: all day grass turnout (no dirt), hot and cold running water year round in the barn, water spigots located and running at every turnout, heated tack room, half bath, alarm system and generator ensuring power year-round. Our price includes a matted stall, and hay consistently from same supplier in NY twice a year to maintain a consistent source and a high quality, 100x200 outdoor arena with excellent drainage, good footing, and partially lit when needed. Property abuts 250 acres conservation land with trails and you can easily hack around the multi acre property. Participation of 1 day per week (pending how many horses) - turn out, stall cleaning, and turn in is required (flexible) and you supply your own grain and shavings.
