Wallmasters

Most people join a Toastmasters Club because they once had difficulty speaking in front of a large group or in some cases they couldn’t imagine speaking in public. The members of Wallmasters joined for similar reasons. We return each week because the experience is so enriching. Our members encompass a wide spectrum of skill levels from new members developing their core skills to polished speakers with years of experience.

Wallmasters is a high energy – yes even at 6:45 in the morning – fun, enlightening environment where you can learn from others as you explore your own communication skills.

We believe that the ability to communicate well is a huge part of what makes people successful in work or business. You’ll quickly become more persuasive and confident when giving presentations and you’ll improve your one-on-one dealings with others.
How Does it Work?


Wallmasters meetings provide a friendly and supportive environment where you can build confidence as you work through the Toastmasters learning program – a self-paced series of speaking assignments designed to develop your skills in all aspects of public speaking.

You’ll start by presenting your ice-breaker speech – an opportunity to introduce yourself to the club and discover your speaking skills. Beginning with your ice-breaker speech you’ll receive evaluation. Every speaker is assigned an evaluator who provides constructive written and verbal evaluation – reinforcing your strengths and suggesting areas for improvement. You’ll quickly come to realize the value of this feedback. Equally important you’ll start to provide evaluations to other members of the club and develop your own skills at listening and providing feedback to others.
