Walteria United Methodist Church

If you ever find yourself wondering, "Where is God in this crazy, cruel world?" or if you are looking for Jesus, you've found them. Our credo is "Small enough to be personal; Big enough to make a difference." By that we mean that when you come to worship with us, you will feel at home. All are welcome. All. Period. There is room for everyone in our pews.

That's the personal side. But on the "Big Enough" side, we reach out regularly to the surrounding community through two main missions: Walteria Children's Center and "Second Saturday" Community Hot Meals. During this time, several local churches help provide a hearty meal to members of the community who are homeless, hungry, working poor, or who may just need a little help from friends. This is a wonderful opportunity to get involved and serve in some way... either by donating or serving food or giving of your time. This is the "Jesus work" we share with everyone.
