Walter’s Bar has been around for 24 years, offering cold beer and a good time to Midtown New Yorkers and tourists alike. We have recently undergone a major renovation, but we’re now up and running and ready to welcome you back. We might have a new look, but we still have the same neighborhood feel.

Conveniently located next to Madison Square Garden, Penn Station and the New Yorker Hotel, Walter’s Bar is the perfect place to hang out before seeing a game or catching a train. Come in to watch the game and cheer on your favorite team in front of one of our flat screen TVs, or just relax with friends before seeing a show at the Garden. Our friendly bar staff will make your drink just the way you like it, so stop in and enjoy the new Walter’s soon. You may walk in a stranger, but you’ll leave a regular.
