Wampum Fitness

Opening in the spring of 1999, Wampum Fitness is a small town gym with heart and personality. From its arched entry way to its Charles Atlas "Dynamic Tension" advertisements of the 1950's, a nostalgic viewpoint was incorporated into its creation.

Although we cannot boast about what some may call "state of the art equipment of the high fashion fitness clubs," our equipment is highly effective for any type of training and is well maintained.

We CAN boast about our members and their achievements.

From young lifters getting ready for midget football, to the young at heart training for the Senior Olympics, to those attaining their everyday fitness goals (weight loss, rehabilitation, cardiovascular strength, optimum health), to competitive bodybuilders and athletes, we have worked with them all.
