Warehouse 41 Fitness

Get ready to tear down obstacles of the mind and body. At Warehouse 41, you will experience a meaningful fitness methodology that is impactful and accessible for people of all levels of fitness experience and capability. We believe that getting yourself back to work means setting your own pace.

The classes consist of a combination of interval training, strength, flexibility, and mobility promoting movements in a minimalist environment. It's raw, pure, and real. While you'll be working out in a class environment, each of your workouts will be custom tailored to your specific level of fitness and willingness to perform the movements. We will never shame you into a movement that you are neither prepared for, nor comfortable performing.

W41 community members are also given access to a mobile app and web platform that tracks fundamental and specific fitness metrics, which helps us to track where progress is being made and where opportunities for improvement lie. After all, fitness is a continuum and a journey of incremental progress.
