The Warehouse will be a multi-use facility that will build on the already existing rich culture and exciting community of Lafayette. It will offer locals and visitors alike a place to come together and have a beer, cocktail, or host a one-of-a-kind special event. This 75 year old warehouse, located on Garfield Street in downtown Lafayette, will be renovated all the while preserving its historical integrity.

Whether having a beer on the back porch looking over a green area or hosting your own one-of-a-kind event, the Warehouse and its experienced staff will provide a comfortable and creative environment that can accommodate the clients' specific needs. The anchor of the Warehouse will be its Neighborhood Bar. The Bar will have a friendly atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of Jefferson Street. It will be a place for people to relax and enjoy a coffee, cocktail or a local seasonal beer on tap.

The Warehouse will also offer 2 event spaces: the Event Center and the Outdoor Festival Grounds.

An event planner will be available to assist clients with space design and decor, food and beverage services, sound engineering, stage and lighting, musicians and DJs along with any other specific requests.
