Okay, so two Coast Guard Retired Chief Warrant Officers (CWO4), had an idea that they could open their own business with the purpose of helping others. This is how the story of Warrant Realty Inc begins. Seven years ago they began working as Realtors for a great little company in Virginia Beach. While still active duty military, they learned the ropes of real estate and customer service. They quickly learned that the skills they used to rise to the top of their military career could also assist them in building a new career. Along the way they realized that real estate is not just a profession but a ministry, a service, a dedication, and enjoyable. The very core values they learned for 30 years of service, were the same values needed to serve others. Honor, Respect, and Devotion to Duty!
