Fire & EMS Career Exploring is a hands-on program open to young men and women from 14 to 20 years old with an interest in learning more about careers in the field of fire or emergency services.

Fire & EMS Career Exploring combines classroom lessons with hands-on training. You get to experience firsthand what it’s like to be a firefighter, emergency medical technician, and so much more!

The Fire & EMS Career Exploring program is delivered through local participating agencies. Programs are flexible enough to fit in with other activities during the year to meet the needs of the host organization and the youth participants.
