WarriorFit Tactical Strength Team

WarriorFit Tactical Strength Team is the tactical strength and conditioning branch of WarriorFit Performance, located in the Lehigh Valley.

WarriorFit aims to empower and encourage individuals to create healthy lifestyles, develop strength of character and become leaders who take control of their fitness and their lives. To become WarriorFit is to seize opportunity, stay committed to the goal and achieve optimal performance.

A warrior is someone who is aggressively, courageously and energetically engaged in pursuit of an objective. Being a warrior is often associated with achievement, honor, integrity, confidence and fearlessness. We at WarriorFit make it our mission to provide a lifestyle that cultivates accomplishments in and out of the gym. Using our philosophy and training system, we have the ability to improve our most primal and powerful movements through strength, power, speed, mobility, injury prevention and self-confidence. It is through these elements, combined with exceptional coaching, that allow us to bring out the warrior from within.

Along with its mission, WarriorFit strives to bridge the gap between research and practice. WarriorFit coaches work closely together to achieve a common goal - apply evidenced based training methods in order to reduce injuries and improve the performance of all tactical first responders.
