Warriors

We all have our wounds, our regrets, our scars. We also all struggle with something when no one is watching. Whether it is anxiety, eating disorder, anger issues, OCD, bipolar, depression, etc. My personal demon is depression. I have struggled with it for years in silence and all it did was cause more pain and suffering.

I am choosing to take a stand, be open and vulnerable about my struggles in hopes you will work threw yours as well.

Chose to be a voice, chose to take a stand, chose to become a stronger warrior with me. Help me to raise awareness on all mental health issues, increase our knowledge on mental health and help others reach their full potential.

"And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love."

We are warriors because:
- we love people for their weakness more than their strengths
- we know what it is like to walk threw the battlefield but come out victorious
- we refuse to be moved by anything this world tries to hit us with
- we help each other get back up
- we know we do not have all the answers and we are not better than anyone else
- we are equal, we are strong and we are determined to reach our full potential in this life
